Investment Thesis

The operating strengths of BLK ideally positions the organization to lead a development in the U.S. Capital Markets to efficiently finance the infrastructure needs of the United States of America.  

We've built the strongest, deepest capital markets in the world. But we only tax and borrow to finance infrastructure. 

My argument briefly describes a Private Public Partnership between Corporate America and the United States Government that utilizes both components of the capital markets (debt and equity) to finance infrastructure.
