Investment Thesis

The United States of America is the wealthiest nation in the world (now), even though it doesn't efficiently utilize the labor and capital resources of the nation.  Our competitive advantage is slipping in the world, so we must develop a better way to finance infrastructure in our nation.  A realistic argument has developed that uses the strongest capital markets in the world to form a massive Private Public Partnership between Corporate America and the United States Government, tasking this partnership with underwriting the repair, the rebuild and the advancement of our nation's infrastructure.
