For now, the United States of America is the wealthiest nation in the world, even though it doesn't efficiently utilize the labor and capital resources of this great nation.  Our competitive advantage is slipping in the world, so we must develop a better way to finance (pay for) the American Way of Life!   

A realistic argument has developed that uses the strongest capital markets in the world to form a massive Private Public Partnership between Corporate America and the United States Government, tasking this partnership with developing a better way to finance (pay for) the American Way of Life!
